Our Philosophy: Try Before You Buy
We believe in the quality and utility of our premium tools. That's why we offer a comprehensive Free User plan that allows you to experience the core functionalities of Qresizer without any cost. We encourage all users to thoroughly test our free features to ensure Qresizer is the right fit for your needs before upgrading to a premium subscription.
Digital Product & Subscription Policy: All Sales Are Final
Qresizer provides immediate access to premium digital features and resources upon the successful purchase of a subscription. Due to the instant-access nature of our digital services, we have a strict non-refundable policy.
Subscription Payments Are Non-Refundable: Once a payment is made for any of our subscription plans (Pro, Business, Lifetime, etc.), it is final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for:
Partial subscription periods.
Unused time remaining in your subscription.
Accidental purchases.
Subscription renewals that were not canceled before the renewal date.
Dissatisfaction with the service after purchase (we highly recommend using the free plan to evaluate the tool beforehand).
No Prorated Refunds: If you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of its term, your access to premium features will continue until the last day of your paid billing cycle, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining period.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You are in full control of your subscription and can cancel it at any time. Canceling your subscription will prevent any future billing.
To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions provided by our payment partner (e.g., Stripe, Gumroad, PayPal) through the link in your original purchase receipt email. If you cannot locate this information, please contact our support team, and we will guide you through the process.
Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of your current paid term.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations can occur. While our policy is strictly non-refundable, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refunds in very specific cases, such as:
A documented technical error on our platform that prevented you from using the service for a significant portion of your subscription period.
Proven fraudulent payment activity.
To request a review under these circumstances, you must contact our support team at qresizer@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction, providing detailed information and evidence. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
